Hey everyone, we noticed the issue a lot of players had regarding people leaving ranked games before they started.

To encourage players to stay in their games, leaving a ranked game while in the match countdown, reserve picking phase, or loading screen, will incur an SR penalty for the leaver.

We will be looking into more solutions to tackle this issue for the future. Thanks for your understanding!

There will be a small Hotfix for this (and some minor UI tweaking).
