* Farm trailer wheel now gets muddy.
Modding:
* New type of <Motor> for constraints: the SpeedLimited motor, which is like a Position motor with a speed cap.
* Wheelmass-independent suspension settings: SuspensionStrengthInNewtonsPerMeter and SuspensionDampingInNewtonSecondsPerMeter.
* Classes/wheels/*.xml can now specify the track texture repeat distance. No need to redo the textures whenever your wheel's aspect ratio changes anymore.
* New parameters added to locators spawned by props. Cargo types, display names, number of points to unlock/complete...
